  • Is it possible to dry-age only 1 steak? Normally we dry-age a whole loin but never one steak. After many people requested this experiment today I deliver it with 3 different methods. I was shocked by this experiment and it is something you can try at home easily.

                  I use a, Fillet knife for trimming. I have even used a Razor blade, Straight Razor, knife for some. Especially for some, Northern Pike!. I even have a Scalpel sometimes. I'm Native American & can Scalp a hide from a, Skunk!..

                                    Update, I opened the bag, used a new vacmouse and resealed it, this time trying harder to get all the air out, it seems much better with much more contact aside from a little in the corner, though the meat wasn't wet anymore so the membrane in some spots didn't seem to adhere well. Should I have rubbed some water on it for a better stick to the bag?

                                                                                The sound is just perfect outside on your terrace. Or in the office on your soud vide channel. But the garage is just horrible. The videos are just less enjoyable because sound. I know you invest a lot of work to build the space great looking etc. But you have to do something about the sound. Put something on the walls to reduce the reflections or I dont know. Just write this to help to keep your videos perfect.

                                                                                      Maulidio Nicza the only difference between Halal beef and non-halal beef is the prayer before the killing and, depending on how the particular way the non-halal beef-cow is slaughtered, the cutting of the throat. Also depending on the environment and manner in which the cow is slaughtered for Halal-beef, the meat might even be better, because there was less stress on the cow. But yeah, same thing for the most part.
