Have you considered building a shop of 40 feet containers, beams and coversheets? Cheep quick and flexible. My friend did it in Sweden.
Good luck and the dog should be called SHARK.

Build what you want from the very beginning. Don't build small and try to expand cause it ALWAYS comes out looking like shit and quite right, plus the foundation will be off and cracked and leak and all kinds of problems.

Also, your "burnout pad" idea is just a bad idea. inside city limits will have the cops at your door every time it happens. Too many times and the city can revoke your business license, which would make all that time and effort and money a complete waste.

Check out channels that get a small fraction of the views they do and some have disclosed that ad revenue alone is at least $5k per 1 million views which means these guys earn a minimum of $85k every month.

Morning guys, I am a new viewer of your channel. Spent a lot time looking at your old posts.
Gotta say, love what you do. You guys definitely “git er done” as Larry says, albeit it sometimes in very unique/unconventional ways.
You asked about where to place the building on your new site. Here is my $.02.
Spend a little money and arrange a topographical survey. Make sure the building is on the highest part of the property and not in a low or area of high water flow from the surrounding commercial sites.
Find out where the connection for water, sewer and electrical are located, the farther you place the building from utilities, the more it costs for hook-up.
Build the largest building you can afford now and plan for future expansion. You guys are winners and I promise your business will grow if you stay dedicated to it. Maybe plan a permanent working building and a lower cost (but secure) storage building for cars, parts, etc if you can.
Consider the security of your site. You have tons of high dollar assets already, effin’ low life criminals WILL try to rob you blind. You are going into a commercial area and there will be a lot of time with no one around, unlike the residential area where you are now located.
Use a commercial defoliant to clear the fence line and keep it clear. This will give law enforcement a fighting chance to see what is occurring on your property during routine drive by patrols.
Install the best monitored and recorded, inside and outside, security system that you can afford. Fast response and evidence are your best friends when you own a business such as yours.
Keep the building away from the fence line, here again, clear sightline all the way around the building are important.
Move those big trailers away from the fence and the new building, a ladder to the roof of a trailer is easy ingress over the fence or into the roof of your building.
Windows are amazing in a shop, I love natural light and fresh air, BUT, but keep them up as high as possible and if you have A/C planned, make them non-opening. Even the roll-up doors should only have high windows as you have in your existing shop. Doors should be steel with re-enforced jambs.
I wish you guys great success for the future and look forward to watching all your new adventures.
