              try vegan or at least partly raw plant-based diet and your skin problem will clear up and you'll lose weight. Some soy shakes taste great....but, aren't considered raw.

                                                            I’ve always been curious about this, but no one seems to address it anywhere. Doesn’t protein have ammonia (or was it ammonium?) as a byproduct, hence carbs and fats are better sources of energy to the human body, while protein could eventually lead to a byproduct that is toxic to the body?

                                                                      The cost of going to and back from New Jersey should be considered when factoring in the cost savings from the store. If it costs more to go there then what you save... It's not worth it. (This isn't even taking into account the value you put into your time and effort to actually travel or the wear and tear on your vehicle.)

                                                                                    I use a larger container and do a 2 day meal prep in each container. I never know exactly what I feel like eating, within my macro range, and hate wasting food. So I cook it in the container, and clean a bowl to spoon out 1/4th, as I only prep lunch dinner so really 4 meals 1 container.. Sooooo much less prep time. Single cook session of less than 10 minutes prep and 15 minutes cook every other day. I also get more variety and I can always decide to change it up and never feel like I am wasting food.

                                                                                        im a thin person looking to get buffed up, asian genes ofcourse(most asians are ectomorphs) and got into working out when i was 15 (i didnt know diet and triceps was part of getting buff back then, yes i neglected my tris.. ) and on the 3rd week of working out with my regular diet i grew muscles and felt stronger but looked thiner and weighed less...i got disappointed and did a ton on research on the internet fixed my set problems and dietary problems. Fast forward to now 17 y/o me, im happy how lean i look though i skip to many leg days and now look like a wine glass my friend who didnt skip leg day but is thinner than me is stronger than me in pushing his weight around but im stronger in arm wrestling..just like to say dont skip leg days..
