              Hit each clove of garlic squarely with the bottom of a coffee clip and the paper falls right off. It also crashes the clove. But not so much that you still couldn’t mince it.

                                I don't understand what everyone sees at Aglio e Olio... It literally is just a pasta with a bit of spice and taste of garlic and a bit of parsely. It is something, I cooked for myself at basic school when I was 10 years old, made it up myself without knowing that this recipe already exists and is called Aglio e Olio... I always have to laugh when I see it on a menu at some restaurant - they offer something, that a 10 year old came up with by himself without knowing the recipe and usually sell it for $15-$20... Thats a rip off as the ingredients cost like 50 cents...

                                                        The only issue i have with this is, by adding olive oil before cooking it loses its taste and aroma. Especially by aglio e olio you should first add oil before serving, drizzling it ontop

                                                            Not sure if I’ll get a response, Old video. But I’m curious: can you make this pasta/any pasta where you cook it in the pan with the sauce by the pound? Only thing I don’t like about YouTube cooking shows is they don’t specify those things like that. Or would you just want to use maybe a handful of pasta at a time??? Thanks for any responses
