        You should at least use green onion instead of onion......also the reason they use 大骨( the bones u did not use ) is bc the flavor comes from the bone marrows is so important for the soup, idk how I feel about this episode but whatever you made this time sounds like a weird American interpretation of Chinese soup and somehow ppl believe this is “traditional”. I don’t mean to blame you, but I think you can do way better than this
