Is this the best wallet currently on the market? Or is it just hype?

Chrispy Things it’s one of the best, but only worth the price if a wallet means a lot to you, or you can simply afford it. It’s a ton of money for a wallet. It’s the Tesla or BMW m3 in your garage, which means it’s also a great daily driver.

My son gave me a Fathom clip for Christmas. It is a good design and works well. Like you I carry about 5 cards with my drivers license. Getting the cards out are a bit troublesome. Looking at the ACM money clip. It may be a bit bulky but I like how it is designed for credit cards.

James Moreno I used to have an ACM wallet. It was very cool at first but the buttons became worn out and was difficult to get cards out. Plus the card started falling out. Granted it was after 3 years or so but still. It just felt cheap because of the plastic materials they use. That’s when I switched to metal wallets.

This is a front pocket carry. I’ve had no issues with the tail on the money clip in my pocket.

The elastic is very high quality, after a year mine has not frayed at all. I can take it out and clean it up (lots of lint) and it's almost as good as new.

I used the money band for about a year now and I've learned a lot, the clip is better. The money band might give you more piece of mind that the money isn't going anywhere, but it's very difficult to worth with. I converted to the money clip.

Raftika Depends on your needs. If you’re looking for a minimalist wallet, I think this one is the best available. But that’s if you carry under 12 cards, and no coins. Plus this is a front pocket carry. So to me it’s worth the 72 bucks. Plus you get 10 percent off that! 🤘🏼

Chrispy Things is it worth spending $80 for one? I just buy my wallets at Ross and I’ve only owned two wallets so far. I’m 22 bought my second wallet from ross a timberland wallet but my credit card snapped again because of me sitting on my wallet and the way the credit cards sit in most tradition bifold wallets just makes the top of credit cards snap. So far two of my cards have snapped because of that design.

Magnetic money clips are the best. This is one flaw I see in this wallet. Regular money clips lose taught and get loose, same goes for rubber band clips. I’ve had a magnetic money clip on my SWISS wallet and I have had zero issues and it holds at least 10 Australian notes comfortably while folded. The ridge wallet looks amazing, catch up and upgrade to a magnetic money clip Ridge.

If all you’re doing is storing a couple of credit cards, then your regular wallet won’t be thick at all. Your regular wallet will be just a little bit bigger than this thing, only 1000 times better because there is room for more stuff if you need it.

The only cure is to haul around less shit. This ridge thing is basically a fancy money clip. On a night out with a money clip you take cash, ID, and a CC. This is pretty much all that comfortably fits in the ridge.
