What did you do as far as making sure the master cylinder was large enough to deal with the larger calipers? How about brake bias being off because of the larger calipers?

I wonder if that master cylinder can make those brakes function the way they should in high load situations.

Wow those new ones have got some meat on them. Did you consider the trade off of the unsprung weight added by the larger rotors when adding the bigger calipers? I don't think it makes a huge difference at the level of horse power you're talking, just curious if its something that was part of your planning/consideration.

I've worked as a Performance Brakes mechanic/test driver for quite some time. Those calipers will crack; and quite violently as well. This is how people get killed.

Actually, brakes too big IS a thing. You should be setting up your brake MC, bias, pad material, and tire material all to match appropriately. You should also be sizing braking performance based on chassis weight as well. Further, more caliper pistons != better braking performance. In racing, most classes are using 4 piston fronts and rear because of the better distribution of hydraulic pressure for braking on the pad. Your brake MC should be sized properly for your calipers as well. If your MC can't push out enough hydraulic pressure for your brake caliper pistons, you'll never achieve full braking potential to begin with, which can be very dangerous under emergency braking situation. Otherwise, you end up either locking the brakes all the time, which is terrible in an emergency situation where you can't consciously modulate them properly, or you just end up buying expensive, overkill brake equipment that you physically cannot make full use of.

You should really consider steel braided brake lines if your concern is consistent and hard hydraulic braking pressure - AND NEVER PINCH CLOSED YOUR DAMN RUBBER BRAKE LINES WHILE WORKING ON THE SYSTEM! You're potentially breaking the hose, deteriorating its strength, and it could lead to hydraulic line bursting and catastrophic brake failure.

You also should consider NOT using cross-drilled rotors, as they're terrible for high performance applications. Those holes create fracturing points during heat cycling of the rotors. I've seen people's brake rotors literally explode under load from using cross-drilled rotors. Use J-hook/slotted rotors instead.
